clearly seen that social integration does and will continue to play a traumatic role, in the aspect of suicide. Durkheim's thesis of suicide was a brilliant piece of sociology thought 'his analysis of suicide sought to show that the level of an individual's social integration was a key casual factor in the rate of suicide' (Jureidini, & Poole, 1997, 38). Therefore, one is less likely to commit suicide the more one is drawn into social life.
