failed to admit he did anything wrong, his repetitiveness of facts, and uneasiness while Kerry was speaking were all factors which led him to falter. Kerry, on the other hand, admitted he had made some mistakes when referring to things in Iraq, promised to spend more money domestically, and had ideas to solve problems in America first, were well-liked by Americans and helped him coast down victory lane in the first of three presidential debates.
