Amending the Constitution would remedy the problem of presidents being elected with less than, at minimum, the plurality of popular votes, stop the disproportionate allocation of electoral votes and could possibly increase voter turnout. These arguments, as well as the refutation of my opponents' points, would make it difficult for my constituents to vote against the amendment.
