It is rare to find a viewpoint that sits on either end of the spectrum that will efficiently work for any crisis situation. Both the passive and the offensive proposals have their positives and negatives, however, the Catholic Church, and its use of conditioned power, seems to be the most logical and will probably advance the cause of peace the quickest.
