An interesting, personal observation I made, and correlation that I drew, is that from a certain angle, the tower resembles an owl and that its architect Paul Cret, was a student of Baylor university whose mascot is an owl. The tower and main building until today are subject to dispute about assigning primary importance to books or beurocracy.
