Moreau's house is the most interesting setting in the entire film. Moreau's entire house if filled with vines and trees, giving it a jungle theme. The house is surrounded by a fence also covered in vines and surrounded by trees. Everything in Moreau's house is covered with bars and gates, which makes his visitors nervous. The House of Pain is also very important in terms of setting, although it is rarely shown from the interior.
