Affirmative Action I believe that affirmative action should not be allowed or encouraged to remedy past discrimination. I feel that the affirmative action legislation shows favoritism toward minorities, which is not based on their own abilities, but by their nationality or race. I also feel that affirmative action is no longer needs to be considered in employment, education, and contracting decisions.
