but now it is not so vitally needed. It would be untrue to say that racism is no longer in existence, but it is fair to say that racism has made a tremendous improvement over the course of several years. Since this improvement, I believe that affirmative action is no longer needed. What society needs is for people to be accepted based on their qualifications, merits, and abilities regardless of their color, creed, or gender.
