It is true to say that IT (Information Technology) has revolutionised the way in which people live today. This applies in industry, commerce, offices, and out of work activities. If it is used properly, the opportunities are many. Too much technology can be uncomfortable for some people so it is important to remember that we are people and not permanently a cog in one large machine.
