I regret not seeking professional help closer to the event, because then I would have had tools to know how to face the feelings releasing so emotionally within me. To acknowledge the fact that coping is not easy, but very emotional for certain duration, yet knowing the results will be helpful and more joyful for me in the other chapter of my life
