in theory like in the judiciary the output of slot machines should be the same for the same input. However, with the human element in the judiciary process then it is much more likely to be prone to miscalculations and misunderstanding thus bringing us back to the second point that judges need to have high caliber to decide on all cases to make sure that the probability of these mishaps are kept to the minimum.
