is a policy for infanticide. I have to agree with the latter opinion. Even though it has been "only" 25 years since China's one child policy has been applied, most people's prediction of the Chinese future doesn't look good. The problems and violations of human rights in China are very hard to correct. However, that doesn't mean these problems could never be fixed. Again, population explosion is not only China's problem but also all global issue.
