[The patient had suffered a stroke]. Because the clinical manifestations of hypertension cannot be diagnosed, it can only be recognized when complications occur in target organs, such as the heart in this instance.
Medical History: Has history of high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Sedentary lifestyle. Heavy smoker.
