good politician, thus she knew how to go about obtaining her goals while pleasing her subjects at the same time. Perhaps one could say this was not that difficult of a task considering that many of the Brits wanted some of the same reforms she did. She was smart of enough though to know how to maintain internal peace for England. Elizabeth may have easily been the best monarch to grace the throne in England.
