…showed last 75 words of 1068 total…of role reversal - in the first scene Malvolio is clearly the most influential figure, assured of himself and 'virtuous' (to quote Sir Toby), whereas Feste and the others appear to an audience as the wrongdoers, being put to shame. In Act 4 Scene 2 quite the opposite occurs and Malvolio is the one being shamed, and humiliated, with Feste as the main 'powerful' character. This is the main point that an actor should bear in mind.
