In conclusion, I believe fat is a very useful nutrient if you have the right amount. With the exception of eating too much, fat is healthy. Fat gives you more energy and helps you concentrate. It insulates you from the cold. Yet if you do eat too many fatty foods, they will stick to your organs and make you obese. You can even develop heart troubles if you do eat too much.
