Another way to combat institutional discrimination by using programs such as networking and minority mentoring programs, which pair female that has potential to be a top manager with senior-executive mentors; thus enabling women to gain better understanding of how the organization work. Women being mentor by senior manager enhance their business skills and decision making capabilities. They also influences the formal and informal structure of the organization and this will help break the gender discrimination.
