It's almost always a certainty that if you read a book and really enjoy it, the film version of it will not meet your expectation. A film cannot get across the thoughts of its characters, whereas they are simply written in a book. I have been disappointed over and over again by films of books. …showed last 75 words of 737 total…audience of people who might not read, and have told the story exactly as King had intended it to be told. I enjoyed this film so much that I bought it for myself as soon as it went on sale. I've watched it several times, and shall probably watch it some more. It is one of the best films I have ever watched, and certainly the best 'film of the book' that I know of.
