The reason why Stanley's Camp Green Lake Experience was ultimately successful was of several reasons. One was because of how much he learnt during this time. For example, he learnt if you don't give up you can achieve a lot. He didn't give up when he was walking toward the big thumb; if he did then he would be dead. …showed last 75 words of 788 total…Stanley's family were able to move into a house with a basement for his father to do his experiments, and Zero was able to hire a team of detectives to find his long lost mother. All in all, Stanley Yelnats acheived more then many would in their lifetime during his experience at camp green lake. He made many disccoveries about his past, about life but most of all what he himself was capable of doing.
