To conclude, Sources are definitely a very good way of helping to understand the conditions of the trenches and the nature of warfare. First hand experiences are very useful and photographs can also be. Separately, they are not very reliable, but when they are compared and used together they are very accurate in recording history. Without them, it would not be possible to understand many facts that occurred in the past generations.
