One such time period is the Industrial Revolution, which impacted the lives of many throughout the world. The Industrialization as some could say was the start of modern society and its values, as we know it and the end of the medieval society and the values that they stood for. In this sense the Industrial Revolution can be referred as the "second Enlightenment" because it unquestionably, without doubt broadened the outlook of the common people, showed them what luxuries they were missing and gave them a way to improve their life style.
