Many plays are interesting but one important play is mostly all about controversy and murder. This piece of writing is one of THE most controversial pieces of writing in English Literature to date. …showed last 75 words of 1256 total…to himself as we saw him at the beginning of the play, merciless, uncaring and brave. The play ends with Macduff killing Macbeth and Malcolm rightfully proclaimed king.
So overall at the end of the play, Macbeth was not entirely responsible for his actions as his wife played in a major part to murder the king. I think he should have said no and meant it if he didn't want to murder Duncan at all.
