War, however significant or irrelevant the cause, will never, as acknowledged by Helen, "ease the burdens of mortals." (Captive maidens in Troy. Euripides, Helen 1150) Even the most petty cause's can escalate into an overbearingly horrific and extensive war, which can never end in the, long sought after, peace or harmony.
