It has been an attempt of many great thinkers in the past to try and establish the grounds for which to have a most successful society. One such philosopher is the renowned Plato. In his work The Republic he sets up his concepts for a perfect society and the ways for it to be put into practice. An additional intellectual that spoke on governance of civilization is Aristotle. was enacted and carried out it would be easier to determine which of the two is in fact better. Aristotle's ideas have been used and you must therefore choose his society over Plato's. Each of their opinions on society and its function were relatively dissimilar, however they both had the same concern, to construct a better way of life for the societies in which they lived and for the civilizations that would come to be.
