After carefully reviewing the problem presented before the United States government we feel that these recommendations are not what would solve the communication problem of the Government at this time.

problem very well, and completely. What they failed to do as a review board was to proposed a valid resolution that will save the United States Government from a landslide that might potentially have a hard impact on Foreign Politics for many years to come. What we have done here is supplement the Task Force with a resolution that they can take into consideration and if implemented they will see results as soon as step 2.
