United States has ever seen. He had strong beliefs and was a family oriented man. What separates him from other generals, is the true compassion he fought with. He showed no fear in battle and gave his men someone to look up to. He also used very educated tactics in order to win battles. I feel as though there is no other highly regarded military leader who fought with as much heart as Lee did.
