Separate But Equal
The movie Separate But Equal portrayed the struggle against racial prejudice, which ignited the famous US Supreme Court case of Brown vs. Board of Education. This case was arguably the most influential case of the twentieth century as it called for the desegregation of elementary schools across the United States. …showed last 75 words of 621 total…melodramatic with long, drawn-out speeches, and showing as much gusto and intelligence as a six-year old by playing with a child's train set. Overall, the melodramatics were forgivable, as the movie was not a documentary, but rather was a Hollywood production, where melodramatic scenes are to be expected. Thus, the movie was actually very good. Despite its few weaknesses, it orchestrated a good mix of drama and historical facts, and was carried out extremely well.
