same loss. By using the death penalty the courts become as bad as the people they are trying to prosecute. It does not sound like such an ethical value. It sounds like a value that is outdated and morally wrong.
Even if a suspect is indeed guilty, let them serve out life sentences rather than executing them, it is not right to take them away from their family's; besides everyone has the right to live.
