The death of Laretes was better in the Mel Gibson version because there was less running around and he didn't' fall off the balcony which was unrealistic. We think that Mel Gibson was a better actor because he was more aggressive. The scenery in the Mel Gibson version was better because it looked more like a castle and not a mansion.
