Religious Sign
Theology being my major, I chose to reflect upon and research how deaf people worship religiously. It had never occurred to me before. Growing up there was no interpreter at Mass. Now I had to ask myself: What kinds of religious deaf groups are out there? How difficult is it to find a parish near your residence that can sign for you? I also was able to experience a few Masses for myself

be a profound an honorable statement and I think every diocese should be as heavily involved in this cause.
I also came across a website entitled ?Deaf Missions.? This page has daily ASL web devotions. These are videos of daily devotions done in ASL. I find it fascinating that a deaf person can just log onto the Internet and get the same experience as a hearing individual who is trying to worship through daily devotionals.
