But she has to have Macbeth team up with her so she tries and persuades him. It is Lady Macbeth's influence which leads Macbeth to assassinate Duncan eventually. Without Lady Macbeth's intervention, Macbeth would probably have never killed Duncan. So this is an important stage in the plot. [The analysis is too short and not elaborate enough I guess]
