men, spouting their mindless talk, slapped soundly by the closest female. As a society, we're throwing off the restraints of ignorance and beginning to accept the equality between the two sexes. We're learning from sources like "The Bacchae" that women are an essential component of society and if they are removed, society fails. With this understanding, our civilization will flourish, and, with any luck, avoid the gruesome demise suffered by Pentheus and all of Thebes.
