There were four big players that played a major role in starting the conflict, according to the article that was published in Time Magazine, and it made clear who those four people were and the impact they had in the Iraqi conflict.

the people are opposed to the war. I believe that Gulf War II is just George Bush's way of having his revenge on the tyrant, Saddam Hussein and according to the article, a way to show everyone that "Iraq is the first step in an American-led effort to make the world a safer place". For all the reasons I mentioned above, I feel that Gulf War II is not an extension of Gulf War I.
