are being charged, and have the proper attorney to represent them. They are protected by the law so they can not be charged twice for a crime, and can not be charged at all without supporting evidence. My feeling is that the courts have a decent criminal trial system, but are corrupt in this day in age. Many people are charged with crimes they did not commit, and many criminals are still on the streets.
