In the 1996 elections, Boris Yelstin, the incumbent had a whole 65% of the country voting against him; however since he won the majority vote versus approximately five other candidates he became president. Finally, when I go to vote after I become of age, I will at least understand that my vote does not always count, and it will count more if I move to Wyoming.
