The Euro originated from different treaties and several changes in the governing of Europe's economy. All the treaties were prepared and signed by the members of the European council. The European council consisted of the Heads of State or Government of each member states of the European union. The European Economic Council {ECC} was created by 1957 through the Treaty of Rome. The treaty was signed by Belgium, France, West Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

dragging the UK economy down with them. The same economic control needed for a poorer country may not be suitable for the British economy. The ECB would focus on poorer countries and the universal economic control may in fact have a negative impact on the British economy. Hence personally I believe that Britain should stay out of the Euro, until the economies are synchronised. And hence economic control can become universal over all the countries.
