The Fourth Amendment search and seizure is mainly about privacy, and has been implemented to protect against unreasonable searches and seizures by State, or Federal law enforcement authorities. The Fourth Amendment is there to protect an individual but with all the reading that I have done, I just see people getting away with things by using the system. I am not saying that we should take away rights because I know that I would not want my rights infringed upon. A possible solution is to stress the training to the police officers on this aspect of the law.
