Even though Benjamin Franklin is deceased he is still the most popular man, even more popular than most presidents we know today. Ben Franklin is pictured in a lot of cartoons, on the one-dollar bill, and his name has even become a household name. This is why I believe that Benjamin Franklin is the most important American.
