The issue of unemployed unskilled labor is becoming an epidemic in the United States. Currently technology is such a predominate force that it's not hard to see why those with little or no technical skills or specialized job training are finding themselves below the poverty line and out of work. The lack of technology and technological training available to the poor and lower class has lead to a division of the wealth in America. The

and states are able to setup them up the technology has changed so much they find themselves training in fields that have become obsolete and on obsolete equipment.
After studying this problem from several different points of view I am left with more questions and concerns than I started off with. I can offer no suggestions or definite ideas for a solution. I fear " that the "Digital Divide that has been created may be permanent.
