My particular body type has definitely shaped how I act and who I am as a person today. and underweight people are often in similar situations. There are times, however, when they are not. During my lifetime, I have learned that many people can be quite cruel towards others depending on their size and shape. The best approach an overweight or underweight person can have is to learn to be happy with their appearance, as well as to ignore what others say about them. This, of course, is always easier said than done.
