Literature History. And without disregard Irving's short story, for some it's good, even thought for others isn't.
I believe that beauty isn't an important part of good writing; because once you start creating something, whether is a paint, a sculpture, a sonnet, a story; you're creating art, which is something beautiful itself. Artist doesn't need to define what beauty is, because they're aware that they have already created art, which is just a stunning thing.
