it to run smoothly. Even if Plato's roles were established in our society today, in my opinion, it can in fact create an ideal society. However, it would only be ideal if people were designated their roles according to their nature and not to their birth. To deny someone his true nature would only result in chaos. When people are whole heartedly carrying out their roles, the only possible result is the betterment of society.
