affected me personally in that this type of genre is what I love to dance too. The use of computer generated beats and instrumentation makes it a one of a kind music type. It also broadens my awareness to what other cultures have brought to the music industry. Even though Hip-Hop may not be classified as intellectually high, it to me is still a very unique genre that is just simply "cool" to "chill" too.
