se, don't blame drugs for the problems that can be equally be created by the already legal drugs such as coffee and alcohol,... and not to mention the homosexual males spread of AIDS over passing the Spread of AIDS and HIV among the drug community.... But don't forget the numbers that clearly state that the increase price of drugs do not help the criminal rate tied to drugs nor does it abolish use of drugs!
