anywhere at anytime. People my age live in a fast paced life so time is very important and so would be location. It probably would not be a bad idea to put some of these voting machines at gas stations or convenience stores. I think this was a very well researched article but I think the author was too wordy. I think she could have simplified it some so it would be easier to follow.
