Yoga provides stable, traditional discipline with a familiar routine. Moral, mental and physical awareness are all used and sharpened, to provide an individual with an independent lifestyle, free of stress, fatigue and depression. Yoga calms the mind and strengthens the body through gentle exercise, mediation and breathing. When practiced frequently, it can help leading a better life for our self.

Yoga - listening. One must always listen to their body and mind. Never push to do more than they allow; take gradual steps to achieve goals. This important factor will prevent injury while doing poses. Yoga allows one to do as few or many poses as desired- challenging the body and mind- and reaping evident benefits from even the smallest amount. Over the years it has become my key to a vigorous and happy lifestyle.
